I am a licensed Parent Education, Certified Parenting Coach, Child Development Specialist and mother of four (two girls and a set of twin boys). I have over 30 years of experience working with young children and families.

I received my degree in Child Development and did my graduate level studies in Parent Education and Adult Learning at the University of Minnesota.

 

As a parent coach I focus on helping parents and children build resilience, healthy relationships, emotional intelligence, communication skills and problem solving skills. My approach to parenting utilizes positive parenting solutions involving nurturing and responsive care while setting respectful and appropriate limits.
